Formerly at Npower and telemarketing company Virtutel, Golightly will be responsible for strategic development, client management and budget control of NewLogic's call centre offering.
In her previous positions at Npower and Virtutel, Golightly was facilities manager and operations support manager respectively, responsible for operational management and delivery of services to clients such as Anglian Water and Vodafone.
Phil Westoby, group managing director at NewLogic, said: "Wendy's appointment further adds to our already experienced management team. Wendy brings both supplier and client-side insight into her role, which will enable her to be totally sympathetic to our client's needs, while retaining a focus on New Logic's service delivery."
Golightly joins the raft of top DM names appointed to the company in July. These included former Mailcom founder Eddie Shotton as deputy chairman and former Proximity chief executive officer Simon Hall as a non-executive director.
