Ad manager Robin James becomes head of papers, with responsibility for all revenue and inventory across The Daily and Sunday Telegraph titles.
Carly Ayers becomes head of magazines with the same remit, including all the group's additional magazine supplements.
Gary Cole takes on responsibility for digital display revenues and Sally Barker will be accountable for the Create revenue stream.
In their new positions, the managers will work with The Telegraph's multimedia hubs, overseeing the key revenue streams and being accountable for the performance of those streams.
They will report into advertising operations director Ken Breen, who said this new tier of management had been planned since the restructure began.
Breen added: "We are refining the roles. They will have responsibility for delivering the budgets on these key channels and being brand champions.
"They are not directly part of the hubs - the hubs will feed into them. This is the natural conclusion [of the restructure] for the time being, but as our business pressures and those of agencies change, we will follow suit."
As part of the restructure, Chris Ricketts has been promoted to agency sales manager with responsibility for Omnicom's pooled buying operation OPera. The Telegraph restructured its sales team into multimedia hubs in March to reflect the growth of digital and to work more effectively with agencies (Media Week, 13 March).
There are nine hubs, each containing about 15 people. Four hubs work with agencies, four work on the key verticals and one deals with Manchester sales.
In a separate development, a redesigned Sunday Telegraph is to be launched this weekend.
