Netbenefit gets image overhaul from Communique 360

LONDON - Brand communications agency Communique 360 has created a new corporate brand for internet hosting and domain name register Netbenefit, which has been renamed Group NBT.

The AIM-listed group rebranding is intended to facilitate clear distinction between the holding company and its individual trading brands.

Following a period of acquisitive and organic growth, NBT consists of three brand offerings; NetNames (servicing the corporate sector), NetBenefit (servicing SMEs with managed hosting) and Easily (servicing the So-Ho audience with domain names and hosting services).

C360 said it had created a signature brand identity "with a unique robust typeface to give the brand standout and gravitas, while avoiding the pitfall of looking stuffy and corporate".

Simon Barbato, joint managing director of Communique 360, said: "This has been an exciting project to work on. Group NBT is certainly one of the biggest players in a very dynamic field, typified by fast growth and constant change."

He added that the company needed an anchor identity to act as an umbrella brand for its stable of trading companies.

"Most importantly, the new identity for Group NBT delivers the right tone of voice to staff, the City and, of course, investors."

Group NBT was named as one of the UK's fastest growing technology companies by Deloittes in the most recent Technology Fast 50 report.

Further work scheduled includes the new corporate , brand guidelines and a rebranding for the recently acquired Easily brand.
