Natural History Museum begins production accrediation process

The Natural History Museum is today (15 Oct) starting its process to create a new accredited list for production companies that can work at the venue.

The museum and event space wants to hear from interested parties that specialise in lighting, sound, AV, stage and set design for events.

The current list includes companies ranging from Smyle to Event Concept, but Nigel Mullins, senior operations manager at the Natural History Museum, is looking to update and freshen up the list.

Mullins said: "We are looking for companies which may have experience of working in similar venues, are creative and able to contribute to more sustainable events. This could be with their equipment or through process undertaken at the museum. Those selected for the list would be signing up to a three-year partnership starting in January 2013."

Companies interested in making it onto the presitigious list should register their interest with Laura Stoner or Mullins at the venue by Friday 26 October.
