According to Ladbrokes, Sorrell's odds to become the first to face the axe fell from 3/1 to evens overnight, with former favourite Sheila Ferguson now at 2/1 to leave after being evens last night.
Ladbrokes spokesman Warren Lush said Sorrell's chances of surviving beyond tonight have been cut after husband Reeves became the 11th celebrity to enter the camp.
He said: "Before Vic came in I never would have thought Nancy would be in this position, but that is the consequence of being in a couple in this type of show."
He added the first eviction place was still "a close call" between Sorrell and Ferguson.
Tonight's show is also likely to feature more details about former All Saint Natalie Appleton's shock departure.
In the early hours of this morning, she became the second contestant to walk, after viewers picked her to take part in a bushtucker trial for an unprecedented fifth time.
Former East 17 singer Brian Harvey became the first contestant to quit the show last week.
Squeaky-voiced comic Joe Pasquale is still favourite to win the show.
