The Portuguese favourite has been in the lead for two weeks with odds of 2/1 drifting to 6/4. Michelle stole the lead for one day after her arguments with Ahmed showed a different side to her, but Nadia came swiftly back on the top spot.
Warren Lush, spokesman for Ladbrokes, said: "Nadia is a firm favourite to win but bookmakers believe the contest is still wide open. The favourite at this stage in the previous series has always won but this year we're not so sure.
"We have been forced to cut our odds on Nadia after some hefty wagers but 'Big Brother' could blow her chances of winning by refusing to supply her with cigarettes. No nicotine for Nadia equals mad mood-swinging moments."
Gay hairdresser Dan is second favourite to win with odds of 3/1, despite his threat to leave during the final week of the show because he does not want to win. Michelle has risen to 6/1 while her boyfriend Stuart, the self-proclaimed member of Team Handsome, has gone from 6/1 to 7/1.
Shell and Victor are tying on 10/1 while Scottish Jason is a rank outsider at 50/1.
Ladbrokes is also accepting bets of 20/1 that the winner of 'Big Brother' this year will not get any prize money. The sum of £100,000 was stumped up at the beginning of the show but has dwindled throughout the series.
Firstly, Kitten's refusal to leave the 'Big Brother' house when evicted made the group lose £9,000. Various failures on tasks, including the loss of £15,000 on the weekend' "fishgut" task, has seen the prize money slump down to £56,500.
Lush also discussed bets on this week's eviction: "Betting is temporarily suspended on the next eviction but jungle cat Jason looks to be in all sorts of trouble if money talks. He was odds on to go at 2/9, with Victor next at 7/2. In the words of Victor, the Get Along Gang look safe for another week."
Ahmed's eviction on Friday drew an impressive 5.4m viewers, or 25% share, to Channel 4 during the 9pm show. The 10pm interview strand did considerably better, averaging 5.9m, with a peak of 6.2m or 30% share.
Eviction nights on Channel 4 usually garner around 4m to 5m, depending on the popularity of the contestant. This year's show is up 7% on the same period last year.
