The dating service will be promoted within MSN Hotmail, MSN Instant Messenger and on the MSN home page. Online advertising by the site will be ramped up across MSN.co.uk until May 2004.
Match.com, which claims to have 140,000 UK members and 3.25 million globally, will provide dating on MSN.co.uk in the Women's, Entertainment and Love channels.
The site is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ticketmaster, which will also run online advertising campaigns on the portal over the next two years.
Joe Cohen, vice-president international and general manager at Match.com, said: "Contextual links and content will be added within MSN's communication tools, such as Hotmail and Messenger.
They will also be added in places where users go to find out about movies, restaurants or meeting people, such as the Entertainment channel."
The deal, which builds on an agreement signed in February 2001, will see rotating banner ads promoting Match.com sit beneath the open Messenger window.
Amanda Anthony, marketing manager at the portal, said: "The continuation of this deal is bang on strategy for MSN.co.uk."
