The contract, which was signed on Tuesday (20 March), will see the caterer provide on-board catering services to the company's river boat fleet.
It will begin on 7 April with the Oxford and Cambridge University Boat Race.
Richard Beggs, managing director of Moving Venue said: "With the addition of four new floating venues within this contract we’ve created a new revenue stream that is entirely in keeping with our current product offer."
The tender process, which began in December last year, saw Moving Venue demonstrate the ability to create everything from a conference lunch for 20 guests to a dinner for up to 200 diners.
The pitch work and securing of the contract was headed up by Moving Venue directors Matt Quarendon and Dan Johnson-Allen with menu design by head chef Steve Williams.
Quarendon commented: "This is a great achievement by the Moving Venue team and illustrates the simplicity of listening to the needs of the client, delivering an effective creative response and most importantly, developing a secure and fun client partnership."
The river events will continue throughout the summer with a host of corporate events peaking with the Olympics where up to 12 lunches, receptions and dinners will take place each day.
Chris Livett, managing director at Thames Luxury Charters added: "From a very early stage of our procurement process it became evident that Moving Venue had a strong grasp for our quest for quality and we look forward to a long partnership with Matt and the team. Moored pop-up floating restaurants now become our next challenge."
