The venue is the home ground of Surrey County Cricket Club and part of the Lime Venue Portfolio.
In her new role she will take responsibility for food and drink for the cricket, retail, hospitality, conferences and events side of the business.
Peskett brings more than 13 years experience in sports venue hospitality and private events to the position. She was previously operations manager at West Ham United, where she ran all match day hospitality and non-match day conferences and banqueting.
Before this, she worked in event management for De Vere and Thistle Hotel groups.
