As well as generating more cash during the three-month trial, Online DM was able to deliver campaigns quicker than Moneysupermarket.com's online system. Online DM used its channel marketer interactive email and SMS application.
Vicky Connolly, CRM manager at Moneysupermarket.com, said: "Online DM was able to offer us a bespoke service that could be trialled alongside our internal email activity.
"Its software allowed us to achieve improvements in functionality -- such as better management of unsubscribes and management information. The improvements in speed of delivery have allowed us to free up resources to enable us to concentrate on the innovative new channels for which we have become so renowned."
Moneysupermarket.com offers consumers a price comparison service on a wide range of financial and insurance products, and has expanded into travel. It currently runs 30 different campaigns weekly to its customer base of more than 900,000 subscribers.
