The Moët Academy, set to open between 13 and 24 April, will be hosted at OXO2 on London’s South Bank and is priced at £40 per 90-minute session.
On the event's official website, it says The Moët Academy offers an educational and immersive experience, allowing visitors to learn more about the champagne-making process and how it differentiates from sparkling wines.
The experience will give guests the chance to learn more about the champagne region, its vineyards and grape varieties. Participants will also learn about how both champagne and sparkling wine are made, how base wines are turned into champagne and how long the process is from vine to glass. In-depth tasting sessions of the Moët & Chandon range will also take place.
The Moët Academy experience will be presented by Peter Richards and Susie Barrie, who run their own wine school in Winchester and present wine segments on BBC One's Saturday Kitchen, as well as Jonny Gibson who has been working within the wine industry for more than 25 years and is an approved wine educator.
