The viral, made by creative agency Delaney Lund Knox Warren, recreates the NotW video that showed Ferguson offering to set up a meeting between an undercover reporter posing as a businessman, and her ex-husband Prince Andrew.
In the Mirror ad, the lookalike says "I can give you an exclusive on another prince" and then says: "65p [the price of the Daily Mirror and Daily Record on a Saturday] to me, when you can, opens doors" echoing Sarah Ferguson’s claims.
The viral has initially been sent to media agencies to stir up interest in the promotion and it will be used in digital activity targeting the general public in the run-up to Saturday.
The Mirror has said more than 2.5 million copies of the new Prince album, called '20TEN', will be distributed exclusively with the Daily Mirror and Daily Record on Saturday, 10 July.
The Mirror is hoping to recreate the success of The Mail on Sunday, which sold an extra 600,000 copies in 2008 when it gave away a previous Prince album.
