Judith Donovan CBE set up Judith Donovan Associates (JDA) 23 years ago. Clients include Halifax, Dulux and General Electric (GE).
Yorkshire-based Direct Marketing Group revealed plans to acquire a number of agencies when it announced a listing on the Alternative Investment Market at the end of March this year.
The Group comprises over 50s specialist marketing agency Millennium, fundraising specialist DMS, data management bureau PushButton and print shop Coltec Parker.
In May, Millennium launched a retirement club called Active Life. The club is structured in a similar way to pregnancy benefits club Bounty, with advertisers offering discounts, samples and special offers to members via direct mail and online.
