Michelle's stand came after the entire house staged a silent protest at not being allowed any shopping next week due to failing the School Days task on Wednesday.
On hearing the news, her fellow housemates were shocked, with Daniel exclaiming "bloody hell!" before leading a round of applause.
The protest started on Thursday morning in a bid to play 'Big Brother' at its own 'evil' game. The housemates thought if they did not talk then angry producers would have to give in and allow them their weekly shop.
Ahmed retaliated by smashing up the housemates' plaster cast model, Maureen. He took to it with a spade yesterday afternoon in a frenzied attack while the other housemates looked on speechless.
The 44-year-old finally beheaded Maureen and held the severed head to a camera.
Other housemates to be rebuked for their part in the camera vandalism were Dan, Nadia, Stuart and Shell, who all got official warnings. Michelle was said to be the ringleader, which was why she received all three official warnings in one go.
Other 'Big Brother' highlights include an X-rated game of "truth or dare", which resulted in Becki and Nadia having jam licked off their silicone-enhanced breasts. It ended with them in bed with bodybuilder Jason.
First-grade university student, Shell celebrated her degree news with another streak round the garden.
Ahmed has been given the odds of 11/2 as Ladbrokes spokesman Warren Lush said: "It's pretty clear Becki will be leaving the 'Big Brother' house tonight."
The odds for overall winner of the competition has remained the same since Ladbrokes announced transsexual Nadia as 2/1 favourite on Wednesday. Dan and Stuart's odds have remained the same at 3/1 and 4/1 respectively.
Victor, an outsider in the race, has seen his 16/1 odds slashed to 8/1.
