LONDON - Medécins Sans Frontières has launched a campaign to raise awareness of the charity's work, delivering aid in spite of the barriers it often faces.

The ‘Darkness' execution, created by McCann Erickson, features the line ‘Performing emergency surgery in a war zone is dangerous enough. Now imagine you can't see your patient' in dark grey on a black background. It is difficult to read, emphasising the challenging conditions under which the charity is often forced to work.

The campaign will run on outdoor 48-sheet sites around London for two weeks. Press executions will follow in June.

Medécins Sans Frontières is an international, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man-made disasters.
