Organisers expanded the MCM Fringe Festival which took place outside of the show, with 5,000 visitors enjoying film and videogame trailers on a big screen, as well as music from bands on a stage.

The Game Spot UK at MCM Expo stage also featured a videogame line-up including the world premiere of Atari’s remake of Warlords, Capcom’s Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition, and Atari’s Dungeons and Dragons: Daggerdale and PQube.

MCM Expo London is a bi-annual event, with the next one taking place at Excel from 28 – 30 October, when it will run alongside Memorabilia London for the first time.

Last year’s October show attracted 47,000 visitors.
