McLaren and the DETC will be creating automotive experiences using VR technology at the Virtual Reality Show, which runs from 20-22 April.

The two brands will be depicting the future of automotive, and will be using a VR simulator to showcase what the future has in store for the McLaren factories. McLaren will also be bringing two car models to the show, one road car and one race car, as well as demoing new VR applications including a large-scale VR configurator.

The DETC will be speaking on the future of automotive, and will give insight as to how they're driving innovation, VR adoption and digital technologies within the industry. The brand will discuss the design and manufacturing processes, from designing more efficient ‘future factories’ to the vehicles themselves.

Other experiences throughout the show include Kong: Skull Island, which will see King Kong return to the screen once again in immersive 360 degree VR. Guests will be placed at the centre of a battle sequence as they take a helicopter across Skull Island. The Kong VR: Desination Skull Island will bring gamers up close and personal to the iconic monster as they embark on the mythical adventure.
