McDonald’s has launched a series of outdoor posters featuring pictograms of its most recognisable products. TBWA\Paris created the campaign, which comprises billboards with pictograms of a Big Mac, a cheeseburger, fries, a sundae, chicken nuggets and a Fillet-O-Fish. To accompany the activity, McDonald’s is also releasing a TV ad in which youths paint the pictograms on city buildings. It features the Lazy Jay track Float My Boat. The outdoor work was written by Frank Marinus and art directed by Michael Mikiels, who was also the illustrator. Wilfrid Brimo directed the TV spot through Wanda.
