
Pasquill, who has been MD of the company since 2008, is leaving to do some pro bono work and told Event she will be consulting for a theatre company and a couple of contacts in the industry during her time out.
Kay joined Mask, which is part of the Concerto Group, as senior account manager three years ago from Silverleaf Events.
She has since won several key accounts that helped drive the business into record profitability and was awarded ‘Salesperson of the Year’ at the annual Concerto conference this year.
She will oversee the day-to-day running of the London office as well as leading Mask’s drive into new markets, reporting into to Concerto Group chairman Mike Kershaw.

Mask was bought out by Concerto Group in May 2008.
