Mash Events managing director Julian Agostini, who was also owner of Zinc Events, has told Event that he has personally paid off some of Zinc's creditors.
(2 June) Mash Events, an arm of Mash Media, has taken on shows such as Beyond Boundaries Live and Shape 08 from Zinc Events.
Agositini said: "The largest creditor of Zinc Events is myself by some distance, but I have made arrangements to look after creditors I think are worthy."
Beyond Boundaries Live will still take place at the Farnborough's FIVE venue from 4-5 July. .
