Mardev launches CustomerSearch online database

LONDON - Mardev has unveiled a new online database, which will allow the downloading of specific information for lead-generation campaigns.

Mardev say CustomerSearch.net will provide users with a cost-effective way of accessing detailed information on new-business acquisition, which will be designed to meet individual client's needs.

Nick Martin, general manager at Mardev, said: "CustomerSearch gives small businesses and individuals a cost-effective way to acquire new leads, but also enables large businesses to set up their own preconfigured and dedicated online databases screened against their customer database, tailored to exactly their requirements."

Martin adds that CustomerSearch will allow companies to coordinate sales routes to market, with specific user areas for sales, dealers and distributors and partners.

He said: "We know just how time consuming it can be for large businesses to manage, coordinate and deliver prospect lists to where they are needed and at exactly the right time they are needed."

Mardev say the service will help run as many counts as they like in order to refine their prospect market, but they will only have to pay for the lists they use.

The company, part of Reed Elsevier, has a database of more than 30m names worldwide, which it provides for direct marketing and e-marketing campaigns.
