
Following a three-way pitch, the company was chosen to organise the event for the largest teachers’ union in England and Wales. Mammoth will produce the five-day-long conference for 1,350 delegates, which this year and in 2016 takes place in Brighton. in 2016 it will be staged in Harrogate.
George Thompson, director at Mammoth Events, said: "We’re absolutely delighted to be awarded this contract and we’re really looking forward to delivering the event over the next three years.
"The NUT has never previously entered into a contract situation, choosing to tender every year. For them to make this commitment with us is testament to the successful relationship we’ve developed."
Karen Handley, NUT principal officer, added: "Mammoth delivered a great event for us in 2013 and we’ve been impressed by the team's creativity and innovative solutions. Moving forward they presented a compelling case for us to work with them over the next three years."
