The giveaway, which will follow Williams' appearance this Saturday on 'The X Factor' as a mentor, will feature 12 songs including 'Angels' and 'Let Me Entertain You'.
In addition to this the disk contains a widget allowing users to access 30-second clips from his latest album 'Reality Killed the Video Star', which is out in November. It also contains playlists of Williams' favourite music by other artists.
The CD uses Complete My Artist software that analyses which tracks by a particular artist a user owns and then offers them songs by the artist that they don't have.
The Mail on Sunday has given away a long list of exclusive CD releases. These include Paul McCartney's 'Memory Almost Full' and Prince's 'Planet Earth'.
This weekend the paper also gave away a DVD of the film 'Noble Son', starring Alan Rickman. The freebie was notable in that it was marked the UK premiere of the film.
