
Levitt is currently group head of strategic solutions, responsible for developing cross-platform media solutions for advertisers.
In his new role he will be tasked with driving revenue across the magazine portfolio of You, Live and Weekend, and will be responsible for both the strategic and creative solutions teams.
Levitt will report to group advertisement director John Teal, who said he was "delighted" Levitt would be joining the senior management.
Levitt began his career at Starcom MediaVest where he became head of press in 1998 with responsibility for a £40m agency press spend.
