Dale MacPhee has been appointed general manager at the new London Syon Park, a Waldorf Astoria hotel.
MacPhee has more than 20 years' experience in hospitality and joins London Syon Park from The Trafalgar hotel, where she was general manager.
In her new role she has been overseeing the pre-opening operations of London Syon Park and will be responsible for the hotel’s overall strategic business direction, operations and sales management.
