It is the third theatre complex to join London City Selection, following The Mermaid and Bridewell theatres.
Ed Bolling, chair of London City Selection, said: "It’s really great to have another theatre style venue to join the portfolio.
"We take pride in offering such a wide range of unique venues all with AIM accreditation to guarantee quality and character."
The venue in Roseberry Avenue, London, comprises of a 1,500-seat main auditorium, the 180-seat Lilian Baylis studio, a lecture theatre, bars and a café.
It is the 26th venue to be included in the LCS portfolio, which was established in 2010.
Georgie Mackie, events manager at Sadler’s Wells, said: "We are really pleased to be a member of LCS and the team here are excited about showcasing our facilities and meeting other City Selection members at future events."
