Event organisers predict the event will attract more than 700 agencies and corporate buyers, with around 500 corporate buyers expected to visit on the main show day (June 3).
The expo will include representatives from more than 150 London Christmas party venues including exclusive spaces, restaurants, clubs and bars.
Around 50 caterers, event design and entertainment companies will also be on hand to provide visitors with inspiration and advice for delivering memorable Christmas functions.
The show will feature a practical element this year via the new . Attendees will be able to take part in cocktail making, biscuit decorating and ice sculpting classes.
They will also have the chance to win dining experiences courtesy of catering company Harbour & Jones, who will be announcing winners every hour.
Pre-registrations are said to be 15% higher than at , and show organisers are still taking registrations for the launch evening on Tuesday (2 June).
The launch event will include live acts from Fullcircle and Cirque le Soir, as well as food by caterers The Recipe and beverages courtesy of Dirty Martini.
