New this year is the interactive workshops zone, where visitors will be able to watch a series of demonstrations, take part in masterclasses and sample Christmas-themed food offerings.
Ice sculpture and installation business Ice Box will be delivering ice sculpture-making classes, meanwhile bar operator Dirty Martini will host martini masterclasses.
Caterers including The Recipe will be offering tastings of hand carved sashimi and freshly prepared sushi from their open tasting kitchen, meanwhile Lick Me, I’m Delicious will be handing out samples of their edible mist and frozen chocolate pops.
The exhibiton, which is now in its second year, will showcase more than 70 venues and suppliers, and more than 1,000 agencies and corporate buyers are expected to attend.
Dominique Gill, director of Story Events, said: "We have always looked to deliver a high level of engagement and excitement into our events and this new area will further set us apart from the standard exhibition hall shows."
Gill added that pre-registrations are running at over 200% ahead of last year.
Event magazine is the show’s official media partner for the second year running.
