On day one of the two-day event, organised by Story Events, guests were greeted by live huskies and were able to enjoy a Champagne reception and canapés as they explored the 45 exhibitors, including venues and suppliers.

Entertainment took place throughout the night in the venue’s Main Hall including contortionists, acrobats and a fortune teller. In the Christmas Lounge attendees sampled sweet treats from Candy Counters, cooled off with flavoured snow cones from Ideas Box and got snapped in a photobooth from Boothnation.

Sam Gill and Sarah Kay, director and managing director at Story Events, thanked the event’s partners and sponsors, including media partner Event magazine, as well as announcing the four winners for a prize draw.

Prizes on offer included a three-course dinner for six guests at Tanner and Co, including a bottle of Nyetimber English sparkling wine, a cocktail masterclass for up to ten people at Jewel Piccadilly, Foundation, Grace or Piccadilly Institute, and a two-hour taxi treasure hunt in London for 15 guests from Treasure Hunters.

The top prize was a place on 8 Northumberland Avenue’s VIP agency ski trip next spring.

The evening was rounded off with a festive rendition of Musical Bingo, where guests had to tick off a series of Christmas songs on bingo cards.

Guests had the opportunity to attend an after-party at late night restaurant and bar Steam & Rye.
