The IPC Media title will dedicate 12 pages of editorial to preview what it claims is the "hundred sexiest single girls throughout the UK", and details of how to contact each girl by text and win a date.
Twenty-five of the top 100 women will feature on the Loaded DVD, which includes a bikini catwalk, striptease and wet T-shirt competition, as well as interviews with the girls.
Martin Daubney, editor of Loaded, said: "Loaded operatives have been out tirelessly searching for the UK's single girls, and the mission was a complete success.
"The girls are incredibly sexy and, unbelievably, very single. And the DVD is hotter than a stolen Van Gogh."
The release follows the title's strippers covermount DVD, which was given away in its June edition.
While Loaded sticks to its lads mags' girls formula, rival Emap men's title FHM last month announced it was repositioning itself as a more aspirational title, in an attempt to distance itself from weekly magazines Zoo and Nuts, which have been criticised by politicians for their explicit front covers.
FHM lost one-fifth of its readership last year, in part to the challenge of Zoo and Nuts, and now has a monthly circulation of 500,865 as of its July-December ABC. However, it is still far ahead of Loaded, which sold 232,001..
