Fashion Inc's first edition hits newsstands on March 24, weighing in with 100 more pages than Loaded Fashion with the support of new advertisers.
Loaded Fashion, the bi-annual which is part of IPC's music and men's division IPC Ignite, does not have an ABC-certified circulation.
The relaunched magazine will focus on catwalk collections, high fashion, luxury accessories and grooming, as well as interiors and personal technology.
Fashion Inc is being edited by Adrian Clark, who also edited Loaded Fashion and who has driven the move to relaunch the magazine.
"The present fashion bi-annuals for men fall into one of two categories -- those aimed at mass market consumers, often with a dumbed down and cynical approach, and those targeting the fashion trade with elitist and intimidating editorial.
"There is space between these two categories for a magazine that takes fashion seriously, is proudly aesthetic, but also provides grounded and useful editorial. Fashion Inc will build on Loaded Fashion's achievements in this space."
Niall McKinney, Fashion Inc publishing director, said: "The time has come to fully realise the potential of Adrian Clark's editorial vision in a bigger and more luxurious package."
A new red-top fashion freesheet called Rag is being launched during London Fashion Week, which starts February 23, with its first print run of 10,000 being distributed in fashion shows, bars and shops in London during the event.
