Live Experience, which was previously known as International Outdoor Expo (IOEX) and is run by UBM Live, has signed up 48 exhibitors for next year's show.

James Samuel, event director for Live Experience said: "The live event industry is buoyant after a record year in 2012 when this country’s expertise was showcased to the entire world. It’s clear that events professionals are determined to maintain and capitalise on this exposure.

"It also highlighted increasing optimism in the event sector and the UK’s position on the international stage. We’re delighted that Live Experience is growing at such pace in terms of floor space and exhibitor numbers."

Among the 48 companies already signed up are Neptunus, Out There Concepts, Fews Marquees, Piccadilly AV and Sunbaba.

The exhibition, which is co-located alongside International Confex, aims to bring together the best live production companies from the worlds of experiential, sport, music and outdoor events.
