Lisa I'Anson leaves Big Brother house in suprise eviction

LONDON - Lisa I'Anson was the third person to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house last night, snatched away in a surprise eviction while the housemates were playing hide and seek.

I'Anson, who is most famous for being sacked as a Radio 1 DJ after missing a show in Ibiza, was called to the diary room while the rest of the house was told to hide. But instead of returning to the house she was taken out the back door to meet the host of the Channel 4 hit, Davina McCall.

Earlier in the day, Big Brother had made the celebrities take part in a mock nomination process, to put them off the scent of the eviction that evening. Happy Monday dancer Bez and actor Brigitte Nielsen were the two housemates who received the most nominations.

However, the results meant nothing because the public have been voting for the person they want to win 'Celebrity Big Brother 3', and I'Anson polled only 3% of all the votes cast.

I'Anson had made her name as the bossy member of the house, continually giving advice to other housemates and rather embracing the role of queen that she was given at the beginning of the series.

She follows in the footsteps of Channel 4 racing pundit John McCririck and Jackie Stallone. Another of the contestants, Germaine Greer, walked out of her own accord after only five days in the house.

Another housemate will be evicted on Friday before the final episode of the series takes place on Sunday.

Channel 4 will be hoping viewing figures reignite before the show finishes, Tuesday night's hightlights attracted just 3.3m viewers down from 4m when McCririck was booted out.

Bookmaker William Hill has boy band member Kenzie as the favourite to win the series at 4/6, ahead of Nielsen, Bez, Jeremy Edwards and Caprice, who lags with odds of 20/1.
