Lindridge will provide strategic data planning for clients such as Waterstone's.
He joins from Spinnaker, where as head of data planning he helped the start-up agency win new business and worked for clients including Twinnings and Sony Pictures.
Lindridge was also responsible for raising the profile and awareness of data planning within the agency.

He will report to Amanda Arthur, data planning and analytics director at EHS Brann Discovery.
Arthur said: "[Mark] has great credentials that will aid the creative way we approach data and CRM. We're always looking for fresh ideas and innovative solutions to marketing objectives, something that Mark brings in spades."
