In the newly created role, Cook will be responsible for supporting venue-based sales teams and increasing conference and event enquiries at Lime Venue Portfolio’s southern venues.
Cook joins after two years as regional director of sales at the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. She has also worked for Marriott Hotels and De Vere Venues.
