
Head chef Robert Ortiz and co-owner Gabriel Gonzalez say menus will be tailored to the individual event, but will stay in keeping with the restaurant, integrating traditional and contemporary Peruvian cuisine. Key dishes will include Lima staples such as ceviches and tiraditos.
Lima has already catered for the Peruvian tourist board and The Peruvian Olympic Committee.
The restaurant opened in July 2012. Since then it has been listed as 'one to watch' in the National Restaurant Awards and was recently named best new Latin American restaurant in the Time Out Eating & Drinking Awards.
