Sarah Richards joins the account as data planner, having previously worked on Boots at Craik Jones (now Proximity London), as well as Great Ormond Street Hospital, the COI and Gap.
Richards has worked at Tesco's data agency dunnhumby and client side at Yorkshire Building Society.
Moving from Redwood after 12 years, Katherine Rider also joins Lida as Production Controller.
Rider will be focusing on Parenting Club and Health Club communications for the Boots account, using her experience gained whilst working on similar schemes at Redwood.
During her time at the company, and prior to that at H Bauer, Katherine worked on a range of B2B and B2C accounts, including Sky Customer Magazine, the British Council, Bella and Take A Break.
The new joiners will join the current team in working across the £15m Boots Advantage Card CRM business, which Lida won in November 2008.
Lisa Thomas, chief executive at LIDA, said: We’re delighted to have recruited two new members to our expanding Boots team. They are both specialists in their fields, and their experience will further add to the existing skill set on the account.
