
Jago has worked as a consultant for both agencies and brands over the last four years after leaving DigitasLBi in 2012.
Since February 2013 she has been consulting chief operating officer and chief of staff at the Professional Intelligence Academy consultancy. This role overlapped with a stint at Tobias & Tobias as managing director of operations from January 2012 to December 2014.
Previous roles include special advisor to Bima and, prior to DigitasLBi, business transformation at WPP and stints at Profero and Bank of America.
Lida has also hired Oliver Kunze as head of commercial consumer insight, who has joined from Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO where he was head on analytics. Kunze was previously client-side at Volkswagen China and has held senior commercial planning roles at FCB Inferno and Wunderman.
Additionally, Jason Hard has joined the M&C Saatchi-owned agency as head of marketing technology. Hard was previously at British Gas and, prior to working at Three, has held CRM consultancy roles for Sky and Telefonica.
All three appointments will work across Lida’s key accounts, including Boots, Ikea, O2 and Royal Mail.
The agency has changed its top creative team this year following the departure of Nicky Bullard, who joined MRM Meteorite as chairman and chief creative officer in January. Trefor Thomas was appointed chief creative officer in March and Tori Winn was named executive creative director in August.
