The electrical appliance manufacturer awarded all of its digital and eCRM work to LBi, with Tequila\ picking up the experiential part of the account, after a pitch that also included Lowe and Rapp.

Electrolux called a review of the account in September, with the process led by Agency Assessments and Oystercatchers.

Both agencies will work across a range of Electrolux's key European brands, which include AEG, Juno and Zanussi.

They will work closely with Lowe, which handles the company's advertising account, and ZenithOptimedia, which works on media.
