The co-branded Lastminute.com card will be marketed to over 2.8m UK subscribers to the late deals travel site.
The card, which comes with a standard 0% interest rate on balance transfers for six months, will offer holders exclusive Lastminute.com deals and special deals from select Virgin companies on a members-only tailored website.
In addition a range of other discounts negotiated by Lastminute.com and Virgin, covering flights, hotels, holidays and restaurants, will also be available. The card comes with an interest rate of 15.9%.
Vijay Solanki, UK marketing director at Lastminute.com, said: "We're confident that our customers will want to put Lastminute.com in their back pocket and hence the credit card partnership with Virgin Money."
The two companies are hoping that the launch will lead to increased customer loyalty and the opportunity to attract new customers.
