The partnership, now live at , will provide Iberia.com with a direct link to Lastminute.com's database of hotels with relevant offers in each of Iberia's flight destinations.
This is one of a series of white-label alliances that will let Lastminute use its technology to create new revenue streams without capital expenditure.
It announced similar partnerships in 2003 with Tesco.com and Egg in the UK, and Fnac in France.
Brent Hoberman, chief executive officer of Lastminute.com, said: "Lastminute.com's technology platform, combined with great value deals and comprehensive product ranges in all major European languages, can benefit a wide range of partners. We will further leverage this technology with other partners."
This deal aims to consolidate Lastminute.com's position in Spain, following the repurchase of its Spanish business from joint venture partner Sol Melia in September 2003.
