The party has placed sponsored links on Google when "labour manifesto" is searched for in order to encourage users to visit .
The video playlist includes a main overview video and five related shorts featuring the stories of a pen and ink animated family illustrating how voting for Labour could benefit their futures.
The overview video emphasises the key points of the manifesto opening with the title ‘Welcome to the Future' before striking through to rename it ‘Welcome to Your Future.'
The video contains interactive hotspots (‘annotations' when played externally on YouTube) throughout, allowing viewers to jump to the other video shorts in the playlist.
On the Labour landing page visitors can download a PDF or click through the full Labour manifesto.
When viewed on the Labour website a toolbar is also included, encouraging voters to share the videos with their friends on social network sites.
