Miscia will join KMR in September and will be based in the firm's London office. He replaces Ken Holden. Miscia is currently working as a strategic consultant to Colombian TV channel, Caracol television, where he was involved in several projects including the determination of target audiences by dayparts for the channel.
He has business development experience from his time at Nokia and media research experience from working at IBOPE Media in Latin America and AGB Services, where he led the software marketing development team.

KMR is a division of the Millward Brown Group, which in turn is part of WPP's market research consultancy arm Kantar.
