Kew Gardens seeks security supplier

The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, is on the hunt for a security supplier to take on the contract for venue hire, events and commercial film at the venue.

Kew, currently operates approximately 450 venue hire and commercial filming events each year, taking place all year round, however the majority of work is seasonal and falls predominantly between April and September.

The London visitor attraction said it can host multiple events in any one day, and up to 12 events each week.

The size of events can very from five guests to those for up to 400 attendees. Each event will require as little as one security and up to 20 security personnel.

A spokesperson from Kew said: "We are looking for a supplier that can provide a high quality, reliable and professional service at a cost that represents value for money. The contract will commence on 1 November 2014 for a minimum of three years."
