Liberoff will lead the WPP's virtual team, which includes agencies such as Kantar and Research International, in tracking Vodafone's marketing. Types of research include brand tracking, market segmentation, customer satisfaction and offer development.
Liberoff was previously at M&C Saatchi, where she was responsible for customer insight and communications for leading clients including British Airways, the Royal Bank of Scotland, Reuters and the Financial Times.
She has also has held a variety of positions in management consultancy, advertising and communications at blue-chip companies such as KPMG.
