Kadence makes raft of global appointments

LONDON - Global research agency Kadence has made several key appointments including two in the UK and eight across its Boston, Malaysia and India offices.

The UK insight team gains Rachel McLean as account director and Alasdair Stewart as research manager.

McLean has more than 10 years market research experience, most recently with Hall & Partners, following stints at Roy Morgan Research in Australia and Mori in the UK.

Stewart has almost seven years experience working for Mori, NOP and Experian and was voted NOP Business Young Person of the Year in 2003.

In the US, David Bradway, previously managing director of WHI, joins as corporate development and fieldwork services director and will head up Kadence's fieldwork resources.

Other changes within the company include the appointment of former Gartner vice-president Allison Dillen as project director. Call centre experts Bob Lonschein and Arthur Martin join as TeleResearch service manager and TeleResearch services supervisor respectively.

Kadence's Malaysian office has been strengthened with the arrival of Ronald Foo as project director and Alvi Kong as field manager.

The Delhi office gains Diksha Arora as data analyst and Preeti Aggarwal as senior data management executive.

Simon Everard, CEO of Kadence Group, said: "This significant expansion in personnel is the result of strong growth across all of our offices in 2007 and is in line with our plans to grow the business worldwide. We strive to recruit people who understand local markets but have the knowledge and experience to apply global best practice in research and our appointments reflect this."
