Kadence appoints research manager and analyst

LONDON - Global business research agency Kadence has made two appointments at its UK office. Alex Smith has been made research manager and Sabrina Molteni joins the firm as research analyst.

Smith arrives at Kadence with four years market research experience, which includes positions at Millward Brown and data specialist Dunnhumby. At Kadence she will take on a client management role, overseeing research projects and developing client relationships.

Molteni joins the London agency from an Italy-based research firm, and will be analysing data to be used as the basis for client presentations, and devising questionnaires.

Simon Everard, chairman of Kadence International Business Research Group, said: "The expansion of the UK team reflects the increasing demand Kadence is receiving for advertising testing and tracking among larger organisations in the financial services and telecom markets.

"The financial services industry is particularly interesting, as rising interest rates have encouraged banks and other lenders to eagerly monitor competitor products and services and general sector activity, to understand and predict the changing dynamics of the market."

Kadence is an independent B2B research company. It has offices in London, Boston, Delhi, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Sydney. It plans to open an office in China later this year.
