The ad, the second in a series created by Fallon, sees Lewis play the leading role in a new film created by Orange Film Studios - a re-envisioned version of martial arts film Fist of Fury.
The ad shows directors Mr Dresden and Elliot recording a director's commentary for their new film ‘Fngrz of Fury'. Lewis appears on screen dressed in a contemporary martial arts outfit and begins a kung-fu routine.
Dresden says: ‘Jean-Claude, what do you call this fighting style?' and then impersonating Van-Damme answers his own question: ‘Text-fu. It's the best technique'.
Lewis, who is watching the film with the directors, is shocked to discover a mobile phone has been inserted into the action. ‘You added a phone!?' she asks before gathering her things and storming out.
The ad will be supported by a digital campaign created by Poke. Orange is also launching a competition for consumers to come up with the best title for a future Orange Film Studio's movie.
The competition runs until the end of August with the winner given the chance to see their film idea realised on screen in a future Orange Gold Spot.
The first ad in the series featured actor Emilio Estevez arriving at the premier of a re-worked version of Saving Private Ryan.
