The increase in entries for online, media, direct, press and outdoor has prompted three new jurors to Press & Outdoor, four in Cyber Lions and five in Media Lions.

This year there are also two new categories with radio and integrated.

The new judges include: Trefor Thomas, chief creative officer of RMG Connect, from the UK; Oeter McHugh, chief creative officer and managing partner of Carmichael Lynch, from the US; and Lee Stephens, CEO of Emitch, from Australia.

The festival, the largest gathering of worldwide marketing and advertising professionals, is in its 52nd year and kicks off from June 19 to 25.

Winning companies will receive the Lion awards, honouring the most creative TV/cinema, print, outdoor, online, radio and integrated advertising, as well as the best media and direct marketing campaigns.
