The 'Spring fashion special' will feature fashions and products found in-store.
Editorial in the first edition will include a special feature on fashion accessories, plus spring trends, videos for beauty ideas, and wardrobe-planner tips.
Both the digital and print magazine are produced by customer publisher John Brown Media.
Rachel Swift, head of marketing for fashion at John Lewis, said: "In our shops we have transformed the look and feel of our womenswear departments and online we are using the ‘Spring fashion special’ to showcase our range of brands and development in own brand design."
John Lewis launched its spring campaign, created by Adam & Eve, last month.
The arrival of the digital magazine comes soon after FMCG giant Procter & Gamble's launch of a digital beauty magazine.
